Ibn Batouta Airport (TNG) provides domestic and international flight service to Tangier and its surrounding areas. The airports lies about 14 kilometres (8.6 miles) outside of Tangier and has one passenger terminal. The airport has all the facilities for an international hub including banking, restaurants, shops, currency exchange services, car rental and taxi booking agencies, and a VIP lounge

Airport Transportation in Tangier

Currently, there is no public bus to Ibn Batouta Airport from Tangier. However, it is possible to pre-book a shuttle bus to Ibn Batouta Airport, if your hotel offers such a service. There is also no train to Ibn Batouta Airport. A taxi to Ibn Batouta Airport is the only form of available public transport, but you will need to pre-book it. Journey time by taxi or car is 20 to 30 minutes and we advise that you arrive early and allow plenty of time for check in.
