Pulkovo International Airport (LED) is the main air transportation hub to the Venice of the North. It is located 10 miles south of St. Petersburg and boasts two terminals. Taking a bus to Pulkovo International Airport is easy. Bus number 39 from Moskovskaya metro bus terminal takes you directly to Terminal 1. It runs throughout the day from six in the morning until just after midnight. The trip from the city centre takes about 30 minutes. There is no train to Pulkovo International Airport. You can take a taxi to Pulkovo International Airport and it is a fairly reasonable cost.
