Major Airports in Perth

Perth International Airport (PER) is the major airport serving Perth. It is located 12 km from the city centre with international flights operating out of Terminal 1. There is an outdoor children’s playground located at Terminal 1 and numerous cafes and shops are located in the terminal building. Wi-Fi, banking and postal services are also available for passengers.

Airport Transportation in Perth

Taking a bus to Perth International Airport is a little indirect but if you are looking for an inexpensive option it is worth it. There is no direct bus to the international terminal at the airport. You can, however, take bus 36, bus 37 or bus 40 departing from the city centre to the domestic terminal. Once you have reached that terminal you will need to take the shuttle that runs between terminals to arrive at the international departure terminal. There is no train to Perth International Airport. If you do not mind the higher fare take a taxi to Perth International Airport for convenience.
