Krabi Airport (KBV) is located about 15 kilometres from the city centre. This well maintained airport is very comfortable and serves thousands of passengers a day from all over the world. The airport features a four-storey newly constructed terminal serving at least 600 passengers at a time in the arrival and departure areas. A new runway recently extended to 3000 meters is now in operation. Passengers can enjoy free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and beverages and snacks in the departure lounge.

Airport Transportation in Krabi

You can take the shuttle bus to Krabi Airport and from the airport to the city. This bus follows a fixed route which means you will be picked up from your hotel.

Alternately, you can take a taxi to Krabi Airport operated by private operators, but this can be more expensive. At present there is no train to Krabi Airport.
