Flying from Nur-Sultan to Auckland
Arriving in Auckland
Book your flights to Auckland with Etihad Airways and get set to enjoy a stunning natural landscape featuring volcanic sand beaches, mountains and massive canyons.
Plan Your Auckland Holiday
The diversity of Auckland’s topography makes the area an ideal location for the adventurous at heart. The region boasts 48 volcanic cones some of which are easily accessible to hikers and provide spectacular vista of the surrounding countryside and meandering coastline. Auckland also boasts its own rainforest and towering mountainous areas. You can explore the many different landscapes in a number of different ways including by kayak or waka, by hovercraft, by air or on foot allowing everyday to be a new and exciting adventure.
The busiest time of year to visit Auckland is between November and March. It is strongly recommended that you book your tickets to Auckland well in advance if travelling in the peak season. Cheap hotels in Auckland are also hard to find at this time of year and it is suggested that you consider travelling here between May and September. The weather is still very pleasant and the crowds are smaller. Flight deals to Auckland are available throughout the year with Etihad’s Deals section.
Flying from Nur-Sultan
Book your flights from Astana to numerous destinations all over the world with Etihad Airways and experience the in-flight service, fine dining and state-of-the-art entertainment that have made us the world's favourite airline.
Major Airports in Astana
The main airport in Astana is Astana International Airport (TSE). The first airfield in Astana was built in 1931 and has not stopped growing since then. With Astana being renamed the capital of Kazakhstan in 1994; the airport received an enormous upgrade to put it on par with other airports in capital cities. The current version was designed by Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa and has been open since 2005.
Airport Transportation in Astana
A taxi to Astana International Airport can be arranged and while it is more expensive than a bus, you will get to the airport a lot faster. There is a bus to Astana International Airport from the city centre that leaves every thirty minutes. If you plan far enough in advance this is a fantastic option for those who are travelling on a budget. Unfortunately there is no direct train to Astana International Airport from the city so taxis, buses or driving is advised.
Choose Etihad Airways, the National Airline of the United Arab Emirates, for flights from Nur-Sultan to Auckland on which you will be travelling in comfort and style.
