Major Airports in Brussels

Brussels Airport (BRU) is the main airport in the country and stands out for its modern and efficient services. It’s not a coincidence that it has been rated as the best airport in Europe. It’s situated only 11km from Brussels city centre and is one of the few airports that cater to bicycles.

Airport Transportation in Brussels

One option for transportation is to take a train to Brussels Airport. There are currently four lines that depart from stations throughout the city and go directly to the airport station, located on the first floor. The journey from the city centre takes 17 minutes.

Alternatively, you can take a bus to Brussels Airport. There are several services departing from most key points in the city, but there is also an express service, number 12, which is much faster but only runs from Monday to Friday. Of course, taking a taxi to Brussels Airport is another, more private option.
